Exchanges are only available for officially recognized manufacturing defects. ✔ Actual skin color may vary depending on monitor settings. ✔ The body is shipped fully assembled, but it does not include silicone packing or customized wiring. ✔ Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight asymmetry, individual differences, and surface imperfections. ✔ The following are considered standard characteristics and are not eligible for refund or exchange: • Gate marks: Traces left from injecting liquid resin into silicone molds. After cutting, slight color differences and fine scratches may occur. • Parting lines: Seams from mold separation. May differ between parts and are minimally sanded (Normal/White skin); hardly sanded for Tan skin. • Bubbles, dust, specks, and small protrusions: Unavoidable in 100% manual casting processes. Minor issues outside the visible face area (under a wig) are considered acceptable. • Surface scratches: Minor scratches may occur during sanding for finishing. • Skin tone variation: Slight color differences may occur depending on production timing. • Thickness variation: Depending on the part size and thickness, some areas may appear thinner under light, especially the eyelid area. ✔ Size measurements may slightly vary depending on the measuring method. ✔ Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
