[2ND HALLOWEEN ORDER] October 20 – November 3 (KST) During the second order period, Regular Bat versions in Tree Gray and Lavender will be available. The Regular Bat is made from the same mold as the Halloween Limited Bat. The only difference is the make-up: the Regular Bat does not have the scar details featured on the Halloween Limited version. There is no Regular Bat version in Black. Halloween Limited Editions, including the Black Bat, will also be available in limited quantities while supplies last.

Production begins after payment is completed, and orders are produced and shipped sequentially. The production period is approximately 40–50 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Halloween Early Order items will be prioritized for production and shipment in time for arrival before October 31. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
[BEFORE PURCHASE] - This is a made-to-order product. Cancellation or refund is not available after payment is completed. - Each doll is individually handcrafted, so slight differences may occur between products. - Due to the nature of resin casting and hand finishing, minor traces from the production process may occur. - Black skin may have a slightly glossy surface in some areas. - Due to the nature of black resin, surface finishing is very limited. Parting lines, gate marks, and small air bubbles may remain and are considered normal characteristics of the production process. - Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or screen settings. - Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help prevent discoloration.

Exchanges, order cancellations, and returns are not accepted. ✔ Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight asymmetry, individual differences, and acceptable casting imperfections. ✔ Due to the characteristics of the production process, the surface may contain gate marks, parting lines, bubbles, dust, small dots, or tiny bumps. These are considered normal characteristics of the product. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for the reasons stated above. Gate Marks These are the openings used to inject liquid resin into the silicone mold during casting. After removing the gate, slight color differences may occur in certain areas. Additionally, sanding during the finishing process may leave fine surface scratches. Parting Lines These are the lines created when removing the cast parts from the silicone mold. All parts have parting lines, and slight differences may occur between pieces during production. Parting lines may appear more visible on inner surfaces. Bubbles, Dust, Dots, and Small Bumps These may occur due to the 100% handmade casting process and are considered acceptable casting characteristics. Surface Scratches Fine scratches may remain when sanding gate marks or parting lines after casting. Sanding during the finishing process may also result in slight surface gloss. ✔ Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct natural sunlight.
